4.1 Users may request Baidu to disclose the retained Personal Information of user him/herself through the procedure separately designated by Baidu, except if;

2. (2) there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property or other rights or interests of the user or any third party;

3. (3) fulfillment of the request may cause material impediment to Baidu’s business operation; or

4. (4) fulfillment of the request constitutes violation of laws and regulations.

4.2 Users may request Baidu for correction, addition to or deletion of the content of users’ Personal Information due to inaccuracies of the content of the Personal Information through the procedure separately designated by Baidu. In this case, Baidu shall conduct the necessary investigation of the facts immediately, and if Baidu finds that information about the claimant is incorrect, Baidu will correct the information based on the results of the investigation.
4.3 In the procedure described in preceding paragraph, Baidu may request, to the extent it is necessary, a user to submit a copy of a document of identification.
